St Theresas Athletic Club (STAC) is a small, friendly, running club.

We meet at the John Smeaton Leisure Centre, Crossgates, Leeds every Tuesday evening at 7pm for an hour or so of running. We split into groups depending on speed (no one will be left to run alone) but all meet afterwards for a drink and a chat.

We also meet on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm at the Dragon & Brown Cow pub, Whitkirk,for run fitness classes in the Temple Newsam park and surrounding area.This is a shorter session to improve hill, speed and strength with something for all abilities from absolute beginnners to experienced runners and an emphasis on fun.

We hold a club championship which consists of races of various lengths and terrain.
